In 2021, Iris founded By Iris Representation to provide a dedicated platform for small, unique DMCs, tour operators, and properties that prefer not to be lost in a sea of other brands. With a focus on quality over quantity, Iris and her team have spearheaded hundreds of trade relationships, managing pipelines that have contributed to up to 90% of clients’ total revenue. Based in Toronto, Canada, Iris and her team are dedicated to redefining trade representation with authenticity, passion, and a touch of fun.

Based in Vancouver, Canada, Stephanie brings over 15 years of experience in marketing and account management, leading partnerships and client growth strategies across multiple industries. Alongside her marketing career, Stephanie has hosted international group travel experiences, giving her a hands-on perspective of today’s traveler.
